Dear Doug,

Since I am not from Florida, my experience with water damage and mold has been non existent. When I returned here to my beautiful Florida home after a summer in Massachusetts, I entered my home to find thousands of dollars of damage from water and mold. Thus began a huge project that included tearing down the walls and floors right to the cement. 

I never imagined that I would be writing this letter to you about what a positive experience I had with your company during this stressful situation.

You and your partner, Ray, were extremely professional and considerate, while spending endless days in my home extracting material. Not only did you work diligently and long hours, but, the neatness and organization was astounding.  I want to thank you so very much for all that you did to expedite this project. You were so fair and trustworthy in your decisions and because of that, you were able to save a lot of my property.

Please share this with anyone in a similar situation. You were amazing to work with and I will always be grateful for that.
